In addition to privacy practices, all members and visitors are expected to adhere to the following rules while on club premises:
a. Liability for Injury
Participation in any sports or recovery activities is at your own risk. Synergy Indoor Sports Centre are not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
b. Recovery Room Usage
Use of hot tub, steam room, and ice bath is limited to 10 minutes per session per item to ensure fair access for all guests.
c. Footwear Policy
Only non-marking indoor shoes are allowed on the courts. Outside shoes are strictly prohibited inside the facility.
d. Surveillance & Safety
The facility is under 24/7 surveillance for safety and security purposes. Footage is used solely for monitoring and incident review.
e. Conduct Expectations
Misconduct, including abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed or banned from the facility.
f. Cleanliness
All guests must help maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Please dispose of trash properly and leave equipment and common areas tidy after use.
g. Membership Policy
Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable until the next renewal period. Please review terms before purchase.
