To ensure a safe, respectful, and well-managed experience for everyone, please follow the rules outlined below while using the facility:
a. Liability for Injury
All activities are at your own risk. Kshatriya Badminton Club and Synergy Indoor Sports Centre are not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.
b. Recovery Room Usage
Time Limit: Use of hot tub, steam room, and ice bath is limited to 10 minutes per session per feature.
Health Risks: As outlined by Intact Insurance, hot tub use may cause dizziness, dehydration, or overheating.
Cold Water Safety – Gradual Entry: Enter the ice bath gradually to avoid cold shock. Do not hold your breath while entering.
Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times in the recovery area.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy: Individuals who are pregnant or have underlying health issues should consult a healthcare professional before using recovery amenities.
User Responsibility: Use is at your own risk. The club is not liable for misuse or health-related incidents.
c. Footwear Policy
Only non-marking indoor shoes are allowed on the courts. No outside footwear is permitted inside the facility.
d. Surveillance
The facility is monitored with 24/7 surveillance cameras for your safety.
e. Conduct
Any form of abusive language, misconduct, or harassment is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the premises.
f. Cleanliness
Please help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash properly and keeping equipment and spaces tidy.
g. Membership Policy
Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable until the next renewal period.
h. Court Rental & Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours prior to your booking: You may reschedule without penalty.
Cancel within 24–48 hours: You are responsible for 50% of the rental fee.
Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: Full payment is required.
i. Parking Policy
Please park your vehicle only in the assigned parking spots. If your car is parked elsewhere and gets towed, the club is not responsible for any fines, fees, or damages.
j. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the facility or on surrounding premises.
k. Coaching Policy
Private or unauthorized coaching is strictly prohibited at all times.
Only individuals enrolled in an official Kshatriya Badminton Club coaching program are permitted to receive or conduct coaching on-site.
Strict action will be taken against anyone found violating this policy, including possible suspension of facility access.
l. Personal Belongings
You are solely responsible for your own belongings while on the premises.
Synergy Indoor Sports Centre are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
